Head Tennis Pro at Sherwood Country Club

I began teaching at Sherwood Country Club, located in Thousand Oaks, California, in December of 2018. In January of 2021 I became the Head Tennis Pro at Sherwood. This is a position that I am very proud of given the fact that Sherwood is truly one of the most magnificent clubs in the country. The club not only has 8 pristine hard courts, it also has two red clay courts, three grass courts, and 8 brand new Pickleball courts. Truly a tennis (and pickle) player’s paradise.

Since joining the team at Sherwood, headed by tennis director, Karen Shin, I have been involved in organizing many club events. Ladies Doubles Round-Robin Mixers,  Friday Night Tequila Liveball, Mixed Doubles Night, Wimbledon clinics on the grass, French Open Liveball on the red clay, Ultimate Tennis Showdown, and Pickleball events as well. 

It has been an absolute pleasure to be a part of a club that has members that absolute love the game and are actively involved in the club events as well. 

Private Tennis Lessons in Pacific Palisades

In addition to being at Sherwood, I continue to do private lessons and Liveball sessions in Pacific Palisades at a beautiful private court that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.

I have been teaching in Pacific Palisades for virtually all of my teaching life (36 years). In that time I have taught all levels, from first-timers to high-level tournament players. I teach private lessons, small groups, and run multiple Liveball groups weekly.

My rate is 150/hour.
